About The Role
We are looking for current students to join Uber’s Global Marketing team as a Performance Marketing intern (12 weeks) during summer 2022!
You will be embedded in Uber’s Performance Marketing team and work closely with channel managers, CRM teams, creative teams, operations, finance, product and data science under the supervision of a manager on our Paid Channels team!

About The Teams
Performance Marketing:
This team is a global entity-- responsible for lower-funnel advertising across all lines of business. This team runs a portfolio of paid and owned channels with the goal of driving efficient growth in the near future. Interns on this team will work alongside channel specialists on exciting and high impact campaigns sought at continuously optimizing our paid marketing investment while fueling top line growth for the company. This includes optimization of driver, courier, and eater acquisition campaigns and crafting and analyzing campaign tests across paid channels. Interns will develop a deep understanding of Uber’s marketplace while developing a diverse skill set of data analysis, data visualization, test design, channel management and persuasive communication and presentation skills.
As we look to scale globally, while becoming more efficient, we need to continually evolve our creative to be outstanding when it comes to performance, brand objectives, and legal compliance. We will look to launch new program creatives on a regular basis, along with optimizing long standing evergreen creative to avoid creative fatigue. There will be strong coordination with our global channels, creative agencies, and regional teams to ensure we hit our ambitious revenue targets, but also with the global brand team to portray a unified message to external facing Uber users.
