New Points features are emerging every month as we think about how Eco can fundamentally upgrade traditional money. As a Growth & Operations Fellow at Eco, you will:

  • Play a key role on Eco’s Go-to-Market Strategy Team (GTM), entrusted with engendering belief in Eco’s users – the cornerstone of Eco’s mission
  • Aggressively prioritize, ship quickly, iterate and — most importantly — hear and act on other people’s feedback
  • Shape users’ opinion and understanding of Eco by iterating, updating, and improving every interaction with the user throughout their Eco journey (with a heavy focus on the onboarding process and subsequent re-engagements)
  • Important note: at Eco, the entire journey is the product, and the product is the entire journey, and we treat it as such.
  • From their first interaction with Eco, through their 1on1 Onboarding Session, and a lifetime of re-engagement thereafter
  • Conduct mission-critical onboarding sessions (the make-or-break first interactions users have with Eco) and constantly improve the experience in innovative ways (for both external and internal users)
  • Develop outside-the-box ways to increase our number of committed users and dollar deposited; e.g., (but in no way limited to) marketing campaigns, referral campaigns, on-campus recruiting, cultivation of ‘referral nodes’ in target demographics/geographics
  • Build a track record of substantial contributions to one of three functional areas within GTM:
    • Customer Acquisition (bringing new users into our funnel)
    • Product Development (onboarding platform, playbooks, etc.)
    • User Engagement (from initial onboarding to subsequent re-engagements)
  • Be a major contributor toward empowering millions of people (and beyond) to fundamentally better control their money.
  • Drink from the firehouse on crypto, FinTech, money, psychology, sociology, sales, marketing, and much more…!

We’re Looking For You If

  • You’re driven by Eco’s mission
  • You have a passion for, and experience in, Crypto/FinTech (or have relevant experience and are looking to change industries)
  • You have grit, humility, and eagerness to roll up sleeves
  • You’ve got experience in an evolving, ambiguous, high-growth business
  • You have exceptional (as in truly exceptional) attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • You’re a natural communicator in written and spoken form, have instinctive people skills, empathy, and equanimity. You enjoy educating and empowering others, can discuss the why, not just the what or the how. And can communicate it to the end-user
  • You can aggressively prioritize, ship quickly, iterate and — most importantly — hear and act on other people’s feedback
  • You’ve got a clear track record of quality contributions to one of three functional areas mentioned above
