As the first Operations Data Manager within Saturn’s Product Operations team, you’ll be encouraged to use your analytical expertise, business sense, and interpersonal skills to drive a variety of high-impact projects. You will work directly with operations, product, and engineering teams to help launch the data infrastructure that will enable the business to scale. Outside of managing critical data partnerships, you’ll help make key decisions on how we operate the business and contribute to our company data culture by sharing your learnings, partnering with others, and building new capabilities for how we can use data to guide decisions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conduct data analysis to deliver business recommendations to Operations, Product, and Executive stakeholders, crafting visual displays of quantitative information
• Build reporting and enable metrics-driven decision making for the Operations and Product teams
• Manage partnerships with data providers to ensure the information presented to our Operations team and our users is accurate and scalable
• Manage the Operations P&L and forecast Support labor and data partnership spend
• Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy and find opportunities to maximize long term growth
• Contribute to our team and company data culture through accessible data table design and maintenance

You Should Have:

• 5+ years of experience in a role that mixes quantitative analysis with operating a business in a fast-paced environment; ideally, management consulting or startups
• Advanced in Excel and SQL, and experience in Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or equivalent
• Passion for problem-solving, critical thinking, and telling stories through data
• Strong cross-functional orientation and collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and finance teams
• Sharp business/product judgment and the ability to see past the noise
• Independent and excellent at taking initiative, with strong process skills to keep to timelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
