What We're Looking For

Stytch is the platform for user authentication. We make it simple for developers to build complex, low-friction authentication flows in minutes. As our first marketing intern, you’ll work alongside the marketing team and co-founders on marketing initiatives focused on new product releases.

As an example, we recently launched our first developer-facing Web3 auth products (Log in with Ethereum + Solana) and first consumer-facing product called Vessel. Vessel is our imagination of what a passport for the internet would look like, making it easier for users to browse Web2 and Web3 without the hassle of passwords or seed phrases. You can learn more about it from our ProductHunt launch here. In this role, you’ll help support marketing of new products and initiatives like Web3 auth methods, Vessel, and other features that we ship.

What Excites You

  • Learning new skills in a fast paced environment
  • Finding creative, imaginative ideas for breaking through the noise of general software marketing
  • A collaborative environment with a tight feedback loop
  • Solving problems with pragmatic solutions — you know when to make trade offs between navigating complexity and quickly implementing an interim solution
  • Finding novel ways to attract users to try out Vessel and developers to try out Stytch

What Excites Us

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone that blends quantitative and qualitative data into their approach
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts
  • Desire to get (more) technical and learn more about Stytch’s products
  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed
  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity

You might

  • Identify and measure various channels for acquiring new users to determine the best ROI on our product marketing efforts
  • Experiment with novel channels for acquiring users -- when there aren’t clear ways to calculate ROI on a channel, you recognize the need to blend other qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess these channels
  • Help create the marketing campaign for a new product launch

What Success Looks Like

  • Ownership — advocate for projects and processes that you believe in and help us bring those solutions to life
  • Intellectual curiosity — identify and research new channels for expanding Vessel’s reach to users and Stytch’s reach to developers
  • Communication -- you are a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills

We're looking to hire a GREAT team and that means hiring people who are highly empathetic, ambitious, and excited about building the future of user authentication. You should feel empowered to apply for this role even if your experience doesn't exactly match up to our job description (our job descriptions are directional and not perfect recipes for exactly what we need).

We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workspace where everyone (regardless of age, education, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or any personal characteristics) feels like they belong. We look forward to hearing from you!
