Title: Director of Growth at Gently (fka Wearloom)

Base Salary: $120,000-$160,000

Equity: 0.5-2%

Location: Hybrid/Remote (founders based in SF)

🧥 Company Description: Gently is the demand layer for secondhand shopping. We serve 15,000+ shoppers everyday in finding the best listings from resale sites like Poshmark, Depop, and eBay. Our goal is to build a $100B+ company by making secondhand the primary way people shop.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of full-time growth / GTM experience at a consumer company (preferably in ecommerce)
  • Experience running paid social campaigns
  • Experience running influencer programs
  • Ability to growth hack to find cheap customer acquisition channels
  • History of managing multiple people in a GTM function

Nice to Have’s:

  • Passionate about secondhand as a consumer
  • Have worked in the secondhand space before
  • SEO experience
  • Experience with creative for ads
  • Comfortable creating content yourself (e.g. TikTok)
  • Early-stage startup experience
  • Located in San Francisco / willing to relocate
