The Role

The Talent team is looking for an Intern to assist with research projects and data clean up projects for our Team. It would be ideal to have someone that is interested in Executive & Technical Talent groups and our charter, as we would spend time covering the mission of our team and each Partners function/day to day responsibilities. In addition, the Intern would join Talent in our Portfolio Company Onboardings and weekly Executive & Technical Talent Staff Meeting where we discuss all topics related to the Talent team. We are seeking an Intern that has a passion or interest in researching companies and in working in excel to clean up & analyze data.

Amongst Meetings Plus Opportunities To Learn From And Assist The Talent Team, Over The Course Of The Internship The Talent Intern Would Be Tasked With The Following

  • Systems & workflow training
  • Data preparation, data downloads & analysis for Talent Partners, Technical Talent Lead & Talent Operating Partner
  • Align talent data with investment teams
  • General research and analysis for talent network
  • Cross-functional involvement at the firm, including shadowing Talent Partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • In 3rd or 4th year of college undergraduate program
  • Comfortable with balancing various projects simultaneously, with different priorities
  • Self-starter, creative problem solver, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce or data science experience preferred, but not required
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity, aka loves to nerd out about data & building companies
