Oliver Space is seeking a growth marketer to scale customer acquisition efforts as we deepen our business nationwide in the next year. This person will help drive growth through paid and organic channels using rigorous customer and data analysis. The right candidate is a hyper-analytical self-starter, has direct experience running performance marketing programs, and is interested in tackling customer acquisition and analysis as we look to hone and scale our growth engine.
You will work with our Growth Marketing Lead to drive strategy and execution of paid social, search, affiliate, and display channels as well as aid efforts to expand into longer-term acquisition opportunities. You will be responsible for iterating rapidly through tests across channels to determine our most efficient while maximizing spend. You should be very comfortable operating in a world of unknowns and excited by the opportunity to be hands-on and experiment with customer acquisition in an early-stage environment.
