We're looking for a Product Marketing Intern to work on exciting new product marketing campaigns. Your role will assist in the strategy and creation of Product Marketing campaigns and content such as emails, blogs, in-app messaging, and more!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative research using CRM data, product analytics, CDP data, and other relevant tools and resources
  • Conduct qualitative research through customer interviews and prior internal documentation
  • Assist in strategy and creation of Product Marketing campaigns and content such as emails, blogs, in-app messaging
  • Help define feature sets per each product charter and how they correlate with our ideal customer profiles
  • Work cross-functionally across teams including Marketing, Product, Sales, RevOpsInfluence Direct-to-Merchant (D2M) and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies with charter and feature insights
  • Help identify feature and communication gaps and solutions within the product and customer experience
  • Lead concept and content development for feature content (can be used for one-pagers, white papers, website)
  • Create a repository of customer examples per each charter/feature set

Requirements

  • Be legally allowed to work in the US (US citizen, green card, or F1 student visa holder)
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate college/university in the US or recent graduate
  • Available to intern for the full 12 weeks (start date based on availability)
  • Able to work 30-40 hours per week
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written. You love an Oxford comma
  • Excellent in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.
  • Knowledge in data systems and analytical tools such as Salesforce, Looker, and/or Mode, desired but not required
  • Familiarity with using Asana for project management is desired but not required
  • Able to make connections between quantitative and qualitative data, summarize conclusions, and offer recommendations
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Passionate about learning, improvement, and seeking the next challenge
  • Eager to expand the creative side in a more technical industry. Software doesn’t have to mean stale language
  • Adaptable and respectable sense of humor. Must share quality memes
