Mosaic is looking to make an early strategy hire in a Business Operations & Strategy role. This person will work directly for Mosaic’s leadership team and Founders, spearheading critical projects spanning multiple functions, including product, sales, product, product marketing, demand generation, customer success and broader strategy projects. This is a tremendous opportunity to work directly with a talented leadership team, take on high-impact projects, and gain exposure to a variety of roles at a high-growth, early-stage company. As one of the first strategy hires, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the department and the company overall.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with our founders and department heads to formulate and execute business strategy
• Manage high-impact, cross-functional projects and own strategy research, roadmapping, success metrics, outcomes, and reporting. Projects could include pricing strategy, strategic investments, geographic expansion, product management and roadmapping, internal hiring plan, org structure roles and responsibilities, fund raising, board reporting, etc.
• Build and own analyses to assist key business decisions and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to management team and broader organization
• Leverage your strategy background to operationalize and scale processes to improve performance
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in business operations, product management, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or investment banking
• Degree in Computer Science, statistics or other fields that require a deep understanding of coding and data analytics
• Expert in at least one of the following: Python, Java, C#, SQL or other coding languages
• Ability to solve complex business problems and build scalable processes
• Loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and feedback-driven environment
• Experience building quantitative analysis and communicating key business drivers to multiple stakeholders
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with people from a variety of departments and backgrounds
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expert in Microsoft Office and G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Forms, etc.)
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
