How You'll Help Make Homeownership Achievable

Learn, Teach, Grow. In service of delivering a world class experience, we actively learn from our community, educate others, and celebrate the victories and struggles that come along the way.

• Conduct market research on real estate trends, demographics, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with internal communication for growth plans and document updates
• Support the expansion team with project management and task tracking
• Develop an understanding of contractual and real estate nuances for current and expansion markets
• Document your projects and provide updates to leadership throughout the process
• Develop training materials to convey project details to key team members prior to rollout

What We're Looking For

• If attending college or university, you are graduating between May 2022 and May 2024
• Bonus point for real estate experience and knowledge (but not required)
• Interest and passion for Ribbon’s mission
