The Role

Zeus is looking for an Associate Product Manager with Operations and/or Customer Support experience to join our Operations Product team, one of the company’s key focus areas. You will work with the Lead Product Manager of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and other company Directors to support the execution of our product strategy. Your goal is simple: create a world-class check-in and living experience for our residents.

Our Product team is responsible for driving the product strategy for Zeus, and for ensuring that our technology teams are focused on, and delivering the biggest impact possible for the business. That includes three broad product groups: our Resident-facing product, our Owner-facing product, and our Ops Product.

This Associate Product Manager will join the Operations Product team, which is responsible for building and deploying features and products that help our Operations team with onboarding new homes, maintaining current listening, and supporting residents during their stay.

What You'll Do

  • Support the launch of new features and products Influence and write portions of roadmap
  • Document existing workflows, determine process improvements, get buy-in, and take action
  • Collect and document requirements
  • Partner with Design team to enhance UX flows
  • Support the installation and maintenance of a Warehouse, Transportation, and Order Management System
  • Communicate regularly with company leaders and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and your team remains unblocked
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations stakeholders to come up with solutions to hard problems
  • Obsess over research and data to inform decisions and measure progress

What You Bring

  • Some relevant working experience, preferably in Operations, or Customer Support
  • An obsession with solving customer problems
  • A level of comfort working with ambiguity
  • An ability to drive decision making, considering inputs from many stakeholders
  • A preference towards an iterative, fast-paced development style
  • A tendency towards being pragmatic and flexible. You adapt your process to what's needed by the company
  • Data-driven mindset and decision-making skills balanced with an ability to trust your gut for speed gains
  • An ownership mentality
