There are 22M+ Americans who suffer from treatment-resistant mental health conditions, meaning they’ve failed two or more conventional treatments. Our mission is to further innovative mental health treatments (ranging from FDA-approved psychedelic medicines to neuromodulation to digital therapeutics to novel molecular approaches) for those patients who are suffering the most. We do this by empowering providers, improving patient care, and accelerating research. Our electronic medical records software is used by mental health doctors and their patients across the US. We analyze the data to help the doctors deliver better care and also offer insights to help research and development of new treatments that actually work.

Backed by top-tier investors (e.g. General Catalyst, Future Ventures, Tiger Global, Y Combinator, Jerry Yang, Joshua Kushner, etc.), Osmind’s team consists of mission-driven experts from across tech and healthcare. We're a tight-knit group of intellectually rigorous, highly collaborative, deeply caring, and fun team members. We've been featured in publications such as Forbes and Crunchbase News.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • During the 10-12 week internship, you will focus on 1-2 long-term deliverables as well as advise and execute on day-to-day initiatives that arise. You will have a chance to present findings to company leadership, including the CEO
  • You will work cross functionally with key company stakeholders, such as our Chief Growth Officer, Head of Product Marketing and Partnerships, Head of Finance and Strategy, VP Clinical Innovation, and co-founders (CEO and COO)
  • During your time at Osmind, you will gain exposure to high-profile industry leaders and investors through your strategic projects

Example projects may include: - Evaluate and summarize trends in the EHR and Pharmaceutical space to inform product and go-to-market strategy, partnerships opportunities, and positioning

  • Develop the strategy for new business lines we are considering, including strategic fit with Osmind, product development roadmap, and potential partnerships
  • Join partnership discussions and take ownership of a deal or initiative, working closely with our product and go to market teams
  • Create pitch materials and pricing models for new products we may launch

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree (Must not have already accepted a post-MBA full-time offer elsewhere)
  • Available to work full-time during the summer (10-12 weeks)
  • Creative problem solver; able to challenge traditional models and approaches and propose innovative solutions
  • Self-starter with strong technical and analytical skills who thrives in ambiguity
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams spanning product and sales orgs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strategy consulting and/or startup experience are a plus

Some candidates may see the list above and feel discouraged because they don't match all the items. Please apply anyway: there's a good chance you also have important skills we’ve missed! We are committed to diversity and building an equitable and inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and experiences, and we're taking steps to meet that commitment. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, underrepresented people of color, LGBTQ+ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.
