Position Overview

Daily Harvest is looking for an MBA Intern to join our Business Development team. The Business Development Team is responsible for executing strategies that enable us to meet our customers where they need us to be. We ideate, test new initiatives, and scale strategies based on findings all with the goal of increasing our total addressable market. This role will help to play a critical role in enabling communication, collaboration, and project management across the BD function.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the BD Team to assist with research, cross-functional project management, and delivery of strategic operational initiatives
• Assist with daily operations and support for the BD team
• Assist with creation and research of case studies on Daily Harvest related to new markets, trends, gifting, B2B etc.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities for Daily Harvest via new business models, new partners, and new channels and develop points of view on trends and market forecasts
• Create a strategy deck laying out the business landscape and recommendations for presentation to BD team

Who you are:

• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly strategic, sees 'the big picture,' has a strong attention to detail, loves to tackle problems, is intellectually curious and is an innovator
• Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Creative, resourceful, highly organized and ability to prioritize workload; comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
• Proven success in delivering results in a cross-functional team setting, strong work ethic and a highly detail focused mindset
