We’re looking for an SMB Operations Intern to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with our SMB Operations, Vendor Sales Teams, Sales Operations along with our Cross-Functional Partners, you will be leveraging your deep analytical skills and operational knowledge to create end to end process maps, contribute to business models, presentations and data analysis. You will work with the SMB Operations team alongside Vendor Sales, Sales Operations, Business Support, Marketing, RevStrat and Finance groups. This position provides the opportunity to acquire strong knowledge of day to day operations, develop recommendations and inform leadership about the state of the operations.


  • What you’ll do:
    • Create advertiser journey maps, business models, presentations and graphical representations of operational data
    • Run processes such as end to end treatment planning, capacity planning, executive briefing, status reporting while working with various team inputs and stakeholders
    • Participate in ad hoc operational excellence projects
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Extreme initiative, with an ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
    • Experience with (or an ability to quickly learn) Excel and working with various data sets
    • Strong communication skills - particularly written communication skills with preparing materials (like slide decks) for meetings, and verbal communication skills in small cross-functional group discussions
    • Passion for Snapchat and an interest in technology/media, operations and business process
    • Minimum Qualifications:
      • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
      • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Familiarity with the media and advertising business, specifically digital and mobile
      • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce
