about the role:

We’re looking for an ultra-creative and innovative personality to join our marketing team as a TikTok Intern. Candidates must be creative, have strong video editing skills, be comfortable and charismatic in front of a camera, have knowledge on the latest trends within social media and pop culture, and understand how to showcase nate’s values and bring our brand to life to curate humorous, engaging and relevant content. If you are self-sufficient with a genuine passion for TikTok, come and join us!

what you'll do:

  • Ideate and create daily content to expand our reach and engagement on TikTok
  • Assist marketing team with various activations, brainstorms, and content ideation
  • Bring a fresh perspective and your own ideas to the table, embracing a no idea / task is too small mentality when executing them
  • Constantly experiment and remain adaptable to weekly/monthly trends, and propose ideas on how to tailor these to our brand
  • Monitor comments and engage with our audience, ensuring alignment with our brand tone and voice
  • Work closely with the social team to understand and analyze the performance and growth metrics of content and adjust greater social media strategy accordingly
  • Understand and live by our values all day, every day

about you:

  • You are TikTok obsessed! You are the person that always knows the new trends, sends them to your friends or even curates them yourself.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera & with TikTok editing
  • Eager to work in a fast paced, young, and creative office with quick-thinking individuals
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours a week, in-person with our team
  • Understands Gen Z & Millennial cultural and social trends
  • Highly motivated and an out-of-the-box thinker
  • Past experience in content curation with knowledge on strategies that perform well on TikTok
  • Proactive go-getter and effective communicator
