We are looking for a Business Development Intern that will help to analyze and grow our pipeline of partnership opportunities. In this role, you will research prospective new partners, industries, and verticals as well as conduct tailored outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn. You will also analyze the current pipeline looking for fall-off points and will work to identify opportunities to reduce time to close. Throughout this internship, you will also join calls, assist in follow-up, and will get experience and exposure in full-lifecycle sales at a high-growth fintech startup.

About You:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Experience with Google products (especially sheets, slides, and Gmail)
• Interested in sales/partnerships and gaining sales experience
• Interest in tech startups and entrepreneurship
• Outstanding internal and external customer service skills

About the Role:

• In this role, you will work alongside the Business Development Representatives and Account Executives to support department initiatives and discover new opportunities.l
• You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing sales and partnership strategies
• ​​You will reach out to potential clients via email/phone to maintain strong rapport and set up meetings
• Effectively develop reports and presentations (i.e., proofreading, formatting, editing)

Qualifications

• Sophomore to Senior, working towards BA
• Experience working with excel/Gsheets
