Maven is looking for an MBA Intern to help execute complex, multi-disciplinary projects on behalf of the CEO and other members of the Executive leadership team. Reporting to our Senior Fertility Program Strategy Manager, you will work cross-functionally on critical projects related to developing and executing on our fertility go-to-market approach and operating model.

Applications for this role will be collected and reviewed on a rolling basis until April 1st.

As an MBA Intern, Strategy & Operations at Maven, you will:

  • Tackle discrete project(s) to help shape Maven’s fertility and family building go-to-market approach and/or internal operating model
  • Analyze internal data as well as market and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and package compelling and insightful recommendations for members of the Executive team
  • “Roll up your sleeves” and partner across cross-functional teams to drive execution in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • MBA candidate with expected graduation in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024
  • Minimum of 2 years (3+ years preferred) pre-MBA experience working in business strategy, operations management, healthcare, or consulting
  • Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling and analysis
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills combined with business acumen
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; direct experience presenting work to senior executive audiences
  • Significant entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong educational track record

Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):

  • Knowledge of key trends in the healthcare industry, particularly in women’s and family health
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup environment
