Role Overview:

In this role, you will get to create paramount analysis focused on growth, strategy, and process improvement. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to derive theses on essential business decisions. Your task is to help solve the most complex, mission-critical problems by leveraging data, creating scalable systems and processes, building new teams, driving strategy, and owning large cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is an analytically-minded, data-driven go-getter that is excited about the interesting, dynamic challenges a high-growth, mission-driven startup faces. You will be reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance and Business Operations.

What You'll Do:

Own your workstreams, which may include:

• Operational Improvement: own metrics and dashboards (i.e., OKRs and KPIs) that allow us to analyze performance and growth across the organization
• Data infrastructure & modeling: work cross-functionally to help build out the platform that will Homebound to scale across the country
• Strategy: own the growth strategy for Homebound including expansion pace, expansion areas, and how to maximize effectiveness within specific geographies
• Growth initiatives: market research, market analysis, and business development partnerships that increase Homebound's ability to scale geographically and grow within existing markets

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in strategy and/or operations (business operations, strategy, strategic finance, consulting, finance)
• Intelligent, motivated, curious, resourceful, and friendly mindset
• Experience in insight generation, quickly arriving at conclusions and creating next steps
• Track record of building strong collaborative relationships with people from various departments and disciplines
• Experience using SQL to run data analysis (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with BI Tools, primarily Looker (preferred but not required)
