Summer Internship Program

Thirty Madison’s 2022 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid program from mid-June to mid-August. This is an immersive learning experience that allows interns to participate in the growth of an innovative company in the digital health space. Interns do impactful work, collaborating with other interns, employees, and business leaders to solve current business problems and deliver solutions.

The role / What’s the opportunity?

Are you passionate about the ongoing transformation of healthcare delivery through technology? This role sits within Thirty Madison’s Platform team - the core infrastructure of our specialized care model. Composed of functions such as supply chain, pharmacy, medical operations and customer experience, our platform offers strategic support for all of our healthcare businesses as they grow. Over the next few years, our platform will expand to encompass additional services and solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external partners.

We’re looking for an MBA intern to help map out and codify a Platform as a Service (PaaS) model. This role will work closely with all functional teams and their business unit counterparts to help scope and model the options and impact of how we can scale our Platform to external partners.

This role reports to our Platform Strategy and Operations Lead.

  • Collaborate with Platform and BU teams to identify, scope, and model the financial impact of various potential PaaS models
  • Identify the landscape of competitors and Thirty Madison’s advantage
  • Develop strategic messaging around a potential PaaS model that sets us apart

  • Cross-functional operational and analytical work experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to use data analysis to build impactful insights

How we are managing through the COVID pandemic and its impact on our team?

These are unprecedented times and we understand COVID-19 is impacting everyone differently. Our primary goal from the beginning of the pandemic has been to ensure employee safety. We went from optional to mandatory work-from-home very quickly in early March, and we have told employees that they can work remotely to allow them to plan accordingly.
