Guild is hiring a Chief of Staff, Product & Solutions to work in collaboration with Paul Freedman, President, Chief Product & Solutions (CPS). In this role, the Chief of Staff (CoS) will be responsible for driving engagement, efficiency, and alignment of the Product business unit (BU). Success in this role will include serving as a thought partner to the CPS, supporting the operational efficiency of the BU by developing timely communications and ensuring the leadership is in lock step with one another and the broader organization. This role is critical to the success of the Product BU and is key to removing barriers; the CoS will share context, drive transparency, and appropriately prioritize time, thought, and resources towards Guild’s key areas of focus.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $135,000 - $182,500 vari able compensation and company stock options.
