About The Job

We’re looking for a smart, driven generalist to be a key member of our operations team across LA, SEA, SF & SD who's interested in getting hands-on as we execute our growth and market strategy across last mile operations, warehousing and supply chain, as well as developing into a key leader in a rapidly growing company!

What you’ll do:

We’re solving challenging problems daily as we scale the business by building out our supply chain, warehousing, last-mile, and inventory operations. Example responsibilities include:

  • Managing warehouse and last-mile driver operations to achieve target KPIs
  • Owning integral third party vendor relationships
  • Developing business, pricing and launch strategies
  • Refining operational processes, with an eye towards standardization and scale
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the company to create best practices and drive cross functional alignment
  • You will report directly to our West Coast General Manager.

What you need for the job:

  • 1-3 years work experience in fields like banking, consulting, tech or a startup.
  • Successful candidates will be able to solve ambiguous problems in a structured way, and hustle while being analytically rigorous, thinking strategically, and paying attention to the detail.
  • The role requires analytical smarts, internal urgency to execute, and an eagerness to get scrappy and dive deep. You'll also need to have the desire to not only become a leader on the West Coast, but company-wide.

Bonus points for:

  • Supply chain, warehousing, procurement, or logistics experience
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Ideally based in LA or SF Bay Area
