Deserve’s platform consists of a number of products and service modules working together. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work on product features, driving discovery on needs, potential partners and integrations, scope and user stories. You will work with Sr. Product Managers and engineering leads to develop early understanding of feasibility, trade-offs, complexity and efforts, and use the information to describe requirements, sequence and acceptance criteria for user stories.
Responsibilities
- Drive research and discovery on specific features/enhancements, in order to develop or validate insights on business case and value to client and end user.
- Write product requirement specifications, with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work collaboratively with design, data and engineering to iterate on requirements and subsequently to develop and deploy.
- Work closely across compliance, programs, risk management and other functional teams.
- Write product documentation to support onboarding of new partners and to support existing partners on the platform.
- Enable resolution/development/implementation of prioritized features, enhancements and bugs.
- Write drafts for product marketing and sales collateral.
- Ensure proactive communication with Senior Product Managers on assigned work.
