What You Will Learn / Gain

  • Perform high value, ad-hoc research and maintenance projects related to companies and territories
  • Validate and research sales-related activities
  • Develop working relationships across the organization to better integrate Sales Operations with teams we support and that are supported by us. (i.e. other Sales divisions, Services, Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, and Accounting)
  • Perform Sales Analytics and Reporting tasks as assigned to support sales team performance management
  • Support sales team in data collection and interpretation of data to drive increased sales production
  • Create and update reports and dashboards that assist the reporting and targeting efforts of the sales team in Salesforce
  • Support the design and management of sales territories including updating company hierarchies and territory ownership
  • Help improve data integrity by researching and updating company information
  • Assist the team with ad hoc Sales Operations tasks
  • Develop and improve our existing sales processes
  • Enable our sales team’s success by assisting with strategy, process, and tooling

What We’d Like To See

  • Must be actively enrolled in a BA/BS degree
  • Prior internship experience is a plus
  • Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competency using Excel, Word, Google Sheets/Docs, etc
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
  • Demonstrate research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with working as a part of a team
