About the Role:

Oncue is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as an intern in the Strategy department. By joining Oncue as an intern you will get the the opportunity to gain real-life work experience at a high-growth startup company focused on innovation.

During the internship you will decide on a project that is closely aligned to Oncue's business strategy and complete the project over the course of several weeks. At the end of the internship, you will have the opportunity to present your project findings to the entire company. In addition to your personal project, you will have ample opportunity to learn about our industry, our customers, and our product, as well as general concepts focused on innovation.

Responsibilities

• Understand the overall project objectives and expected outcomes and develop an appropriate project timeline for the project
• Conduct internal and external research to help inform your understanding of the project and share research insights with your hiring manager
• Regularly meet with your hiring manager to review scope, check-in on deliverables, answer any outstanding questions, and resolve issues as needed
• Conduct 1-1 meetings with other members of the team to further inform your project outcomes
• Prepare regular updates on your project for members of the team and make appropriate recommendations as needed

Role Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at a U.S.-based higher education institution.
• A major or concentration that is relevant to the internship focus.
• A current GPA of 3.5 or higher
